Password help
Passwords are managed on Microsoft’s secure sign-in pages, not by Apex.
- Select Continue to Microsoft sign in.
- Enter your email address and select Next.
- Select Forgot password?.
- Complete Microsoft’s email or SMS verification and choose your new password.
- Return to Apex, sign in with that password, then complete the Apex SMS code.
